Teaching
My teaching philosophy, developed over a decade of experience in diverse cultural and institutional settings, is student-centred and adaptable in the face of unpredictable challenges, yet anchored in universal principles of academic excellence. As convenor of numerous core undergraduate and postgraduate courses, such as Introduction to Comparative Politics, Methodology in the Social Sciences, International Development, and State and Transformation in the Middle East, I have received consistently outstanding feedback from both peers and students for my teaching style, pedagogy and passionate engagement with the course content – even for “making methodology fun!”
